What's the role?
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst having SAP Account Payable consultant background who will be working in the topics related to Purchase to Pay in the Finance area. As an IT Business Analyst, you will collaborate and work closely with other IT Business Analysts and IT Product Owners. You will provide professional advice, do hands-on customizations and responsible for transferring business requirements into implementation. We are working together with Global Business Teams on 5 major topics (Innovation, Compliance, Operation Excellence, Digitalization and Automation) and we support primarily in ERP system, i.e., SAP S/4HANA. There are other flexible systems (e.g., Concur, Serrala) which are integrated with our ERP system and from time to time we also must upgrade the systems for better reliability. We are focusing to bring the user centric as well as customer centric approach to another level and develop or implement advanced tools and services for our finance business across the different Hilti subsidiaries worldwide.

What does the role involve?
As an IT Business Analyst, you identify and analyze business requirements for creative and innovative IT solutions based on business needs and strategic requirements using analytical thinking skill. You will also contribute to the business processes by supporting the design, development, testing and implementation of solutions in our ERP system (SAP S/4HANA) or interact with our third-party applications. Implementing and supporting Global IT solutions innovating Finance & Controlling journeys by using emerging techniques/technologies. On top of the projects, you will be actively working on supporting daily operational topics via our ticketing platform (ServiceNow – Requests / Incidents). You will work closely with highly competent team members within Finance and Controlling IT team to provide solutions to our business. Lastly, you will profit from your functional and technical experience in the areas of Finance (Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Treasury), Human Resource (HR), Material Management, Supply Chain and interfaces with external systems (e.g., Serrala, Concur, WorkDay, SAP Ariba etc.).

What you need is:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or in a related field. PHD is plus or an advantage.
- At least 4 years of experience as SAP FICO (PTP) Consultant in SAP ERP 6.0 environment / S/4HANA in the following areas: Finance (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable).
- Good understanding of business processes in finance and controlling area, any experience in integration between SAP and third-party applications will be a plus.
- Interested and willing to explore ERP solution (SAP S/4HANA) and understanding system functionality and configuration.
- Excellent communication skills, high commitment, innovative and proactiveness in approaching knowledge.
- Good command of English (spoken and written) and willingness to grow in multicultural working environment.
