What's the Role?

As a Regional Pricing Expert at Hilti, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and implementing our pricing strategies to drive growth and profitability across Central Eastern European Markets. Pricing team plays a vital role in our business strategy, developing activities and initiatives that ensure business performance and support achieving our ambitious growth strategy.

What does the role involve?

  • Execute Pricing Strategies: Support implementation of pricing strategies tailored to different products, regions, and customer segments.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work close with teams in marketing, finance, and sales to ensure cohesive pricing approaches that enhance Hilti value proposition
  • Develop local and regional pricing reports: Create detailed pricing reports and contribute to strategy refinement by identifying improvement areas and performance trends.
  • Enhance data driven decision & process excellence : work in SQL & PowerBI with big data sets to review & understand pricing performance; use ERP systems to strengthen process excellence
  • Work close with regional management team: Present performance trends to the highest stakeholders, working closely with them on improving pricing practices.

What you need is:

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing or Related Field
  • 1-2 years’ experience in marketing or finance department within a multinational organization (experience with pricing strategy will be an advantage)
  • Nice to have: Experience in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, PowerBI); experience with pricing software or ERP systems (e.g. SAP) will be an advantage
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present structured data insights to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead complex end-to-end processes with demonstrated commitment to process improvement
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for solving business challenges and driving results.
  • Comfortable working in a diverse, fast-paced environment, with a strong organisational culture orientated on teamwork
  • Proficient English written and verbal communication
