What does the role involve?

The purpose of the role is to achieve profitable sales by providing timely and appropriate customer service and technical expertise in response to customer's needs to ensure the successful achievement of the company's objectives and growth. The role involves providing information and technical advice via telephone or e-mail on products and applications. The job holder needs to actively promote sales in cooperation with other sales channels.
Scope: Anchor job in Customer Service for Inbound, Outbound, and Customer Care Handling in an MO or Region.

• Provision of information via telephone or e-mail in time
• Technical advice on products and applications
• Information on delivery conditions and prices
• Stock status information
• Professional sales via telephone
• Active sales promotion: cooperation with our other sales channels
• Realization of orders (incl. picking up of machines for service, supply and depreciation of goods for consumption from Van Stock)
• Check of uncovered orders
• Issuing copies/ copies of invoices
• Tracking of shipments
• Transport security – organized forwarding
• Solving customer complaints,
• Feedback to customer and salesforce
• Communication with logistics
• Database care

What you need is:

Bachelor’s Degree in technical or commercial field of study;
Prior 1-year experience in customer service - outbound sales and/or direct sales is desirable but not mandatory
Passion for construction and tools

Competent PC skills - MS Office (WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT) , Outlook
Fluent in Romanian and English

Drive to develop strong and sustainable customer relationship
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; Superior telephone etiquette
A self- starter, with a high level of commitment and customer focus
High learning agility with an eye for detail
Team player
