Are you a dynamic and versatile Specialist or Technical Sales Account Manager with a passion for learning and the skills to nurture strong relationships and influence positive outcomes?
We are hiring across our Specialist Sales Division. The Division consists of 6 teams individually covering 4 specific areas; Building Envelope (Façade), Government, Firestop and Rail.
As a Specialist Sales Account Manager, you will be the face of Hilti, the very foundation of our business and direct sales model, and part of a Specialist community within the 350+ Account Managers in Great Britain alone. This field-based role is all about forging lasting relationships with customers working on some of the biggest and most exciting construction projects in the UK.

What does the role involve?
On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to:
- Go out into the field to see our customers, ask them open questions to understand their needs and provide a tailor-made solution
- Demonstrate our innovative products and state-of-the-art software to customers on-site
- Further develop ‘focus’ customers by building relationships, as well as uncovering new business leads
- Be responsible for the operational, organisational and strategic management of your sales area, fully utilizing the top-in-class CRM system, Salesforce

What you need is:
- Proven customer-facing Account Management or B2B sales experience, gained in any industry.
- We are also keen to speak to applicants from an Engineering, Construction or Technical background, looking to utilise their knowledge in an exciting new direction.
- Solution-oriented approach, with the ability to uncover customer pain points and needs to provide our best-suited solutions.
- You share our values – commitment, teamwork, courage and integrity.
- Resilience and adaptability – you will be comfortable meeting all levels of customers from a Site Operator to Managing Director.
- Drive, curiosity and a motivated approach to achieve success and overcome challenges, with a passion to learn, develop and grow.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously to effectively manage your time and priorities.
- A full, clean, manual UK driving license (you will make site visits to engage with customers Monday to Friday).
