What's the role?
In this role you will define and deliver products that help our customers easily manage their tools through industry leading software and services. You will work closely with the development team and with our marketing and sales colleagues globally to define, deliver and launch on a regular basis.

What does the role involve?
Our customers in the construction industry own hundreds and thousands of tools that are critical to their project timelines and increasingly difficult to manage across multiple jobsites. Your role will be to bring software to market that will simplify this process together with our services and connected tool ecosystem data. The definition, prioritization, and vision of the product will be in your responsibility which will have you working regularly with many stakeholders globally including the customers, sales, marketing, and development teams.
In Business Unit Tool Services and Software, we are at the forefront of building solutions comprising of Software, Hardware, and Services to help our customers better manage their tools so that they can focus on their business. Our Marketing department is a fast growing and entrepreneurial team comprised of 15 nationalities with a variety of educational and career backgrounds all aimed on making construction better.

What you need is:
- Proven experience in the product development process (software and/or hardware) primarily on defining and influencing requirements and roadmaps.
- Proven ability to analyse complex business problems, extract the essence and craft implementable solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues, manage conflicts, and adapt to changing situations. You should also be able to present complex topics with simple and powerful messages to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field and/or Engineering, master’s degree is a plus.
- Fluency in spoken and written English, German is a plus.
