Product Owner-Hilti Mobile App

We are looking for a proactive and visionary Product Owner to join our e-commerce App team, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role is pivotal in shaping and delivering digital solutions that enhance the customer journey on the Hilti Shopping App. You will be responsible for crafting the product roadmap, managing the product backlog, writing user stories, aligning with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features.
What You'll do
- Support the development and communication of the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs, aligned with agreed business priorities and under the direction of the relevant product leadership.
- Manage and maintain the product backlog, facilitating prioritization and continuous refinement in alignment with agreed product objectives.
- Write clear and actionable user stories to guide development teams.
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Collaborate with UX, development, analytics, and business stakeholders to support the delivery of high-impact features.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across functions to promote shared understanding and support timely delivery.
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and internal data to provide insights and recommendations that support product decision-making.
- Support the integration of new features into the e-commerce architecture in accordance with established technical standards and direction from the relevant product and technology leadership.
- Represent customer perspectives and promote user-centric design and functionality within the product development process.
- Monitor product performance and provide recommendations for enhancements based on feedback and analytics.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information management, Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience, including 1+ years into mobile app development.
- Strong business and marketing acumen, and familiarity with e-commerce KPIs, conversion funnels, and customer experience metrics.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Google Analytics, and A/B testing platforms.
- Experience with cross-platform frameworks like Kotlin Multiplatform is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
