Make Construction Better
Lead the logistics deployment of SAP S4C across markets, ensuring business readiness, successful implementation, adoption, and stable operations throughout the transition from SAP ByD.
Act as the logistics business owner and partner for S4C rollouts, connecting global programme teams, market leadership, logistics operations, and other functions to translate the global template into effective market execution.
Build sustainable S4C logistics capabilities, governance, and ways of working that improve process standardization, operational performance, data quality, and business value across markets
What You'll do
Lead, develop, and coach the S4C Logistics Competence Centre team and market logistics deployment community.
Own the logistics rollout roadmap, priorities, resource requirements, goals, and success measures in alignment with Global Logistics and the S4C programme.
Represent logistics in S4C programme governance and ensure timely decisions, escalation, and resolution of market and process issues.
Partner with global process owners, information technology teams, regional key users, and market leadership to align the global template with business requirements.
Assess market readiness across processes, organization, data, integrations, testing, training, cutover, and operational continuity.
Challenge local requirements, protect global standards, and manage justified deviations through the agreed design and approval governance.
Drive logistics process design, testing, data validation, user acceptance, training, cutover preparation, and go live readiness for each market.
Ensure risks, dependencies, and business continuity measures are identified early, owned, and actively managed.
Lead logistics support during cutover, go live, and intensive care, ensuring rapid stabilization and a structured handover to the operational support organization.
Monitor adoption, process compliance, data quality, operational performance, and value realization after implementation, and initiate corrective actions where required.
Build a strong network of market key users and subject matter experts to sustain knowledge, share learning, and accelerate future deployments.
Provide transparent progress reporting to Global Logistics and programme leadership on readiness, milestones, risks, decisions, and expected business outcomes.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration across logistics, sales, finance, information technology, and other competence centres.
What You’ll Bring
Experience & Expertise
- Strong end-to-end logistics and supply chain expertise, with a solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA logistics processes.
- Proven experience leading complex business transformations, system implementations, or multi-market programmes.
- Strong project/programme management, change management, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to translate business needs into standardized processes while balancing global requirements and local market needs.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence, challenge, coach, and align stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.
- Comfortable working in international, cross-functional environments and managing ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Results-oriented, pragmatic, and resilient, with a hands-on approach when needed.
- Builds strong relationships and drives ownership, accountability, and sustainable change.
- University degree in a technical or business-related field; master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience leading teams and/or complex cross-functional projects.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the business and the interdependencies between Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Customer Service, and IT.
