What You'll do
The purpose of the role is to promote the Hilti image, sell Hilti products and services, consult with customers and prospects in a Hilti Store. The role involves managing inventory, sales records, administrative functions, order information, maintaining the customer database and dealing directly with walk-in customers and local team members on a daily basis. The job holder needs to ensure total customer satisfaction and the promotion of the Hilti brand through successful operation and sales.
What You’ll Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Sales Expertise: excellent sales manner, preferably with retail experience.
- Technological Enthusiasm: Passion for exploring and promoting new technological solutions.
- Dynamic Personality: Strong communication skills with a personable, energetic approach.
- Technical Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SAP.
