We’re seeking a Field Engineer to join our Engineering team, position based in Medellín. In this role, you’ll provide expert technical support and consulting to our clients in the Energy and Industry sectors.
This is a technical-strategic position that works closely with our sales team. We’re looking for a professional who is passionate about construction and industrial projects from early planning stages to final execution. You should have strong relationship-building skills, the ability to identify customer needs, and the expertise to deliver tailored solutions and specify the right products for each phase of a project.

What does the role involve?
- Engage with B2B clients in the Energy and Industry sectors, including large construction firms, engineering consultancies, energy producers, manufacturing companies, and mining operations.
- Identify early-stage projects to collaborate on with the sales team.
- Support ongoing projects by providing technical consulting to help close deals.
- Deliver comprehensive technical advisory services during the early phases of projects.
- Manage customized technical projects by developing solutions, technical specifications, and material lists to meet client needs.
- Conduct on-site visits across various regions of Colombia.
- Support the sales network in presenting technical and commercial proposals to clients.

Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
- 4–5 years of experience in similar roles, including project management, engineering consulting, or technical-commercial advisory in the industry
- Experience with BIM modeling and Lean Construction is a plus
- Conversational English (mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal skills across multiple levels
- Organized, proactive, and autonomous
- Familiarity with CAD software and Revit is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
