Regional BD, Light-Ventilated Facade

What's the Role?

Purpose of the role is to support and provide state-of-art Engineering Services during the quotation, installation & after-market phase for simple to medium complex light ventilated façade (LVF) projects.

What does the role involve?

In this role, you will support to Hilti’s senior back office engineers and on occasion, provide technical advice to customers and suppliers. You will be required to provide technical analysis and determine economically competitive solutions to create offers & quotations based on information from customers and our sales teams.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for designing the drawings in AutoCAD along with the Bill of Materials. In addition, you will complete static analyses with appropriate Hilti facade software and conduct feasibility and completeness checks of these analyses.

Finally, you will continually track project progress through Hilti’s CRM software, customer calls and emails.

What you need is:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering or Architecture
  • Min. 3 Years proven experience within the Façade industry (Ventilated Façade Preferred)
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in business development and sales.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to engage with technical and commercial stakeholders .
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills .
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage project follow-ups effectively.
  • A proactive, out-of-the-box thinker with a results-driven approach.
  • Self-driven and ability to work autonomously
