What's the role?
We’re seeking a Materials Manager (f/m/d) to join our team in Lanzenkirchen. In this position, you'll play a key role in coordinating our ventilated façade product portfolio across the Hilti supply network to ensure an optimization of stock and an increase in our service level to successfully contribute to Hilti’s objectives for sustainable, profitable growth.
Please note: This is a temporary role for 1.5 years, as a maternity leave cover. Part-time option available (32 hours/week minimum).

The Hilti site in Lanzenkirchen, Lower Austria is Hilti's competence center for substructures of ventilated facades, pipe clamps and modular systems.
What does the role involve?
In this role you will be the interface between market demand and suppliers. You will be responsible for organizing the supply of products while leveraging market demand with production capacities and ensuring process excellence with focus on daily operations. Additionally, you will replenish and optimize Hilti inventory of your dedicated product portfolio at central market warehouses. Furthermore, you manage the product portfolio lifecycle including item creation, master data maintenance, supply forecast and stocking strategies for new product launches as well as phase outs. In this role, you will have a strong interaction with procurement managers in order to improve KPIs of supply reliability and net working capital.

As part of our Business Unit Installation we provide product development, supply, marketing and engineering. What you need is:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- Strong MS Office skills and confidence working with digital tools e.g. SAP
- Excellent communication and networking skills to collaborate with different stakeholders
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level) is a must; additional languages are a plus
- Analytical understanding of numbers with the ability to think in a connected and logical way
- Precise Work manner

This job falls under the collective agreement for metal trade employees in employment group III. The agreement specifies that the minimum gross monthly salary for a full-time position (38.5 hours/week) is € 2.668,69. We value our employees and offer a highly competitive salary package that exceeds the collective agreement salary. You can expect a minimum annual gross salary of € 51.300 (including 13th, 14th, and bonus payments) as a starting point, with room for negotiation based on your individual qualifications and position-relevant professional experience.
