What's the Role?

We're looking for a passionate and strategic leader to take full ownership of our Solution Business (Fleet Management & ON!Track) in the UAE.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our service solutions, helping customers improve their productivity and efficiency. You will lead the rollout and implementation of key initiatives like Fleet Premium, ensuring seamless adoption for both customers and internal teams. Working closely with our Regional Marketing Team and global stakeholders, you will bring international best practices to life in the local market. A key part of your responsibility will be to establish and lead the Life Cycle Management (LCM) setup, ensuring the long-term success of our solution business and managing a dedicated LCM team. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting other markets across the region to scale their service offerings and maximize customer value.

What does the role involve?

You will have full disciplinary and technical responsibility for the Solution Marketing team. Your key focus will be to drive the growth and further development of our Fleet Management and ON!Track offering, ensuring we deliver market-leading solutions that create real value for our customers. You will oversee the entire solution lifecycle—from product development and differentiation (across software, hardware, and services) in close collaboration with our Regional marketing team, to ensuring all solution components are ready for market launch. A critical part of your role will be to continuously enhance the supporting structure to enable further scaling and sustainable growth of our solution business .

You will establish and lead the Life Cycle Management (LCM) process and team, ensuring long-term customer success, while also working alongside our sales teams to support the growth and effectiveness of our Solution Consultants. In addition, you will drive the planning and execution of marketing activities to position our solutions in the market, while constantly evolving our business model and service offering based on market needs and customer feedback. You will be responsible for regularly reporting results, progress, and opportunities to the local management team.

What you need is:


  • University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
  • Proven experience in disciplinary and technical leadership of teams, preferably within a matrix organization
  • Solid professional background in Fleet Management, with strong affinity for digital solutions, software systems, and service-based business models
  • Relevant experience in marketing and sales of services and software solutions
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and a high sense of ownership
  • Demonstrated assertiveness and resilience in leading change and driving performance
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
