What's the role?
This project focusses on next generation battery usage and limits for charging (pulses).
As part of this research project, you are driving innovation on batteries and charging technology.
Earliest start date: Any time from May 2025, duration of up to 1 year is ideal.

What does the role involve?
Your first contribution will be summarizing state of the art by patent and literature research. Building on the identified topics, you will design experiments and test plans and align them with our testing department or external partners.
Through regular exchanges and feedback sessions with experienced experts, you will continuously broaden your knowledge and improve the development project. Electrochemical and electrodeposition knowledge would be a bonus, knowledge about batteries is appreciated. Curiosity in understanding processes from different angles – “thinking out of the box”.
We have 800 of the world’s best engineers developing and testing tomorrow’s technical solutions in our innovation center in Liechtenstein and Kaufering.

What you need is:
- Student in (electrical) engineering, (electro-) chemistry, physics or a similar technical field
- Very good understanding and a strong affinity for technical processes, desire to learn new things
- Experience in electrochemical / electrodeposition knowledge as well as battery technology is a bonus
- High level of commitment and team-oriented work in an international environment
- Very good English skills (German desirable)
