What You'll do
- You will collaborate with an international, multidisciplinary team, gaining a global and integrated vision of projects and improving communication and teamwork skills.
- You will experience Hilti’s most innovative BIM design services, learning advanced tools and methodologies to contribute to effective and sustainable solutions.
- You will be involved in all project stages, from planning to implementation, acquiring valuable technical and project management skills.
- You will follow a structured training program and explore different roles, such as Field Engineer and Account Manager, to understand career opportunities at Hilti.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD (Revit is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of construction and building envelope
- Fluent in English and Italian
