What's the role?
The Project Manager will lead the efforts of an entire team, including Business Developers, Account Managers, Field Engineers, Fire Protection Specialists, & Regional Managers associated with IPS projects, on collaborating resources to achieve increased Share of Wallet (SoW) by converting obtained project specifications into sales and identifying new opportunities. This role will define capture plans, manage opportunities, and conduct capture team calls to maintain project focus and track progress of team efforts. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining high level contacts with buying and non-buying customers on key projects. It will also develop relationships with key sites and office stakeholders so both specified and project discretional application opportunities are won by the project team achieving the desired sales results forecasted for each project in the portfolio.

What you need is:
- Bachelor’s Degree, required; degree in engineering, project management, or technical field, preferred
- Two (2) years of trade, product management, or field sales experience, required
- Previous project management, sales or technical experience in relevant construction projects, required Demonstrated industry experience and knowledge of Hilti products and applications
- Two (2) years’ experience as a BIM Project Manager, preferred
- Strong communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills required; ability to communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders, required
- Proven track record in achieving assigned results
- Demonstrated ability to gather data, conduct market research, and complete analysis
- Ability to lead Hilti project team through completion of assigned projects
- Ability to complete Hilti CPM Certification, required

This job is #LI-Hybrid, meaning it is field-based and requires daily customer in-person interaction with your home serving as your office location
Normal office conditions, with some job site work required in mines, power plants, refineries, industrial plants, and remote project sites. Up to 20% domestic travel, required.
Adverse Working Conditions:
- Job requires walking on simulated construction sites and uneven surfaces, and may include climbing scaffolding, ladders, and stairs
- Simulated construction jobsites may also lead to excessively loud noises; ear protection is strongly encouraged and may be required on some simulated jobsites
- High occurrence of sitting, standing, bending while conducting training exercises
- Hardhat, safety vest, safety glasses, gloves, steel toe boots, and long pants required for working jobsites; must observe and abide by all safety regulations as required by Hilti and Occupational Safety and Health Regulations (OSHA)
- Must be able to walk on construction projects, climb scaffolding, and lift and carry up to 65 pounds of Hilti product
