After Market Services Intern

What's the role?

We’re looking for an intern to join our After Market Services (AMS) team in the Tool Service Centre (TSC), one of the key drivers behind why our customers choose Hilti: exceptional service. This 6-month internship offers hands-on experience in operations, process improvement, and customer support, with the potential to transition into a full-time role.

What does the role involve?

The Tool Service Centre operates with a mix of manufacturing-like processes, customer service excellence, and daily customer interactions.
As an intern, you will:

  • Support TSC management processes, methods, and tools.
  • Contribute to improving tool repairs, quotations, and complaint handling.
  • Lead and/or assist with process, methods, tools, and operational projects.
  • Support repair operations, including material replenishment and logistics (inbound/outbound).
  • Assist in repair operations when required.

What you need is:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business.
  • Valid Emirates residency under family or school sponsorship.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel; ERP knowledge (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.
  • Transformational mindset with drive, assertiveness, active listening, and collaboration skills.
  • Curiosity and openness for change and improvement, with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Commitment to “doing the right thing” before “doing things right.”
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
