What's the role?
Our management associate program is a 24 months development program. You will participate in multiple workshops and assignments as an individual contributor in Quality, Production, Technical Service, Lean Manufacturing and BU functions.

What does the role involve?
1.Support Global Process Management System (GPMS) which in accordance with manufacturing / production quality to be executed. 2.Support to track Quality First initiatives to be well implemented throughout the relevant areas. 3.Cooperate and coordinate to office digitalization approaches (work smart @ Quality dept). 4.Assist with production quality engineers for collecting, prioritizing and interpreting quality data from SAP. 5.Assist with production quality engineers for line quality problem-solving 6.Participate in daily job with IQC (incoming inspection) and PIs (patrol inspector) to get component / product assembly knowledge know-how.

What you need is:
1.Bachelor’s or master’s degree with the fields of Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology. 2.Ability to communicate fluently in English and an understanding of German is preferred. 3.Open-mind attitude, energetic and dynamitic. 4.Available for international mobility. 5.Team player with excellent communication skills, social and intercultural competences.
