Energy Market Analysis Intern

What's the role?

We’re looking for a brilliant Intern for our Energy team in Milan who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, high-performing, international working culture. The intern role provides support to the Oil & Gas and Power Segment Managers in developing a comprehensive analysis of the Italian market potential and how to best tackle that potential through most efficient territory planning and set-up for the direct sales force.

What does the role involve?

You will be supporting the Energy Segment Managers in the following activities:
• Support Energy Segment Managers (Power and Oil &Gas) in the territory planning and segmentation of direct sales force
• Support the Segment Managers in the review of the customer potential (in all Segments across the whole region) and increase Data Quality of the Energy Platform
• Support Data Quality team and Territorial Planning team in the review and fine tuning of the customer database
• Support Energy Segment Managers in preparing internal and external presentations on key topics
• Support Energy Segment Managers on improving business steering on SalesForce through deep understanding of how the system works, data quality needs and adapting it to Italian reality

What do we offer?

We will provide you a monthly expense reimbursement (900€) ticket restaurant (8,00/day) Smart-working for 50% of your working time and flexible hours.

What you need is:

Min. Bachelor’s degree, ideally in management/engineering/economics/marketing Excellent knowledge of Excel Very good knowledge of Office Suite: PPT, WORD, etc. Team-oriented, collaborative, supportive Fluent in English and Italian
