What's the role?
• FS Estimation AutoCAD Operator is responsible for preparing detailed and accurate quantity estimations of Firestop products using UL Certificates and test data by using AutoCAD – 2D/3D or BIM (Revit/ Navisworks) files provided by customers and specifiers in a stipulated timeframe. Candidates with good AutoCAD 2D/3D skills and interpersonal communication in English without experience in Firestop can also apply.
• Interpreting accurate details provided – Understand MEP drawings, fire zoning in layout plans or in BIM (Revit/ Navisworks) in detail convert them into excel data without missing any location.
• Coordinate with internal team members and external customers fluently on technical details, provide trainings, presentations to new team members, specifiers in English as the official language for multiple markets in Asia Pacific region.

What does the role involve?
The purpose of the role is to provide technical support to customers, calculations, CAD drafting, etc. As an entry level Technical Engineer in the back-office, this role may support higher-level Technical Engineers.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Prepare an accurate Firestop Estimation using AutoCAD files and coordinating with internal and extenal stakeholders
- Communicating and discussing the output with Market Reach (sales and engineering team across various Asia-Pacific markets) about tested firestop systems.
- Professionally take any feedback on modifications, and implementing any changes to drafts as soon as possible.
- Ensuring drawings are compliant with building regulations and engineering principles of Firestop
- Conduct QCs of Estimation prepared by others.

What you need is:
Expert Competence in AutoCAD 2D – Civil and MEP
Fluent in English
Understand basics of contruction, civil engineering and MEP – e.g. columns, beams, Cable trays, Ducts, Pipes etc
Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD 3D and Revit
Structural / Civil/ Electrical/Mechanical engineering background
Decipher complex services drawings for the required details into an excel sheet.
Ability to interact with internal and external customers from various countries.
