Compensation & Benefits Specialist

What's the Role?

We are looking for a people-oriented Compensation & Benefits Specialist to lead the design and development of HR initiatives for their dedicated business areas.

Key areas of responsibility include line management support/coaching, employee development, strategic recruiting, succession planning, and organizational development in support of Hilti’s business objectives, strategic initiatives, and organizational priorities. The position will also be responsible for Compensation & Benefits part to develop and execute C&B related strategies and programs.

What does the role involve?

As part of C&B, you will develop and execute C&B related strategies, policies, procedures and programs to support meeting our business needs. The role also involves and conducting benchmarking analysis and survey to secure competitiveness in the market.

What you need is:

  • Bachelor's Degree qualified
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as HR Professional in a commercially driven organization
  • Proven success in driving HR/C&B/Talent Acquisition topics
  • Strategic mind-set with ability to partner with key stakeholders in the business while leading business stakeholder from an operational perspective
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to influence and interact across all levels of management
  • Proven experience working in a complex, commercial organization and/or consulting role that requires detail orientation, sound judgment and strong analytical skills
  • IT skills including MS-Office and related HR systems/databases
  • Courage to challenge the status quo
  • Proficiency in Thai and English
