What does the role involve?
The purpose of the role is to provide transparency and support the Finance Business Partner in creating relevant business insights. The role involves identifying opportunities, financial risks and ensuring reliable execution of monthly/quarterly/yearly controlling tasks. The job holder supports the Finance Business Partner (FBP) and/or Head of Controlling in shaping and executing the performance management cycle. Scope: Elevated role - works on problems of broad scope, demonstrates creativity in resolving variety of issues, typically 3-4 years of relevant experience.

What you need is:
Degree in Finance and Accounting, or other disciplines from a reputable University / qualified CPA or CFA or CMA is a plus
5 to 7 years of progressive career experience in Financial Planning and Analysis/ Controlling in multi-national corporations or well-known Philippine based Company
Prior experience of working in a matrix environment with cross-functional teams
Excellent written and communication skills
Excellent analytical skills and high proficiency in financial modelling
Advanced skill in use of SAP and reporting platforms are essential
Works effectively under pressure to achieve outstanding results within the deliverable timeframe, and with the available resources
Ability to self-reflect, have a high learning agility, and proactive in seeking and providing constructive feedback
Team player, collaborative, self-starter
Must be willing to relocate to other countries for future career progression
