Solution Consultant.

What's the role?

We are looking for a professional with an economic, technical or sales background to build our consulting team in solution and service sales. The goal is to improve cost efficiency, greater control at work, increase productivity, better transparency, reduce risks and optimize processes for our customers.




What You'll do

  • Professional financial advice to existing and new customers in Serbia when deciding whether to purchase or rent products from our sales range as well as our own software.
  • Preparation of financial analysis before visiting customers in order to understand how buying versus renting products would affect the company's balance sheet and other financial indicators.
  • Data import, analysis and optimization of business processes by collecting the data from the customers on-site.
  • Together with our sales team, you will ensure the sustainable success of the service and software solutions with your strong customer and service orientation.
  • Advising the customers on how to set up and use our solution and service.
  • Strong collaboration with service and solution selling team in Sub-region to ensure the success and further development of our services and products.
  • Support of the customers and sales team on-site.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor Degree in economics, possibly in combination with technical education
</span>
  • Preferable at least 3 years of professional experience in sales and relevant success

  • Good knowledge English language
</span>
  • Basic understanding of the importance of individual items in the company's balance sheet, financing methods and other components (leasing, loans, bank guarantees, insurance, possible annuity investments, other banking services)
  • Understanding the customer's needs and build a relationship with them for a long-term business cooperation
  • This role is for you if you want to be part of an international team or even build a career outside the borders of Serbia and you can adapt seamlessly between office-based tasks and fieldwork, demonstrating flexibility in diverse work environments.
  • Preferable experience with project management
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams (solution sales/marketing
  • Presentation skills at all customer and decision-making levels
  • Independent and target-oriented way of working
  • Able to thrive and overachieve.
