What's the role?
The incumbent will play the role as Regional Project Manager in North Asia at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives across multiple locations, ensuring top-notch customer experience and operational excellence to shape the future AMS team with customer experience at top of mind by delivering best in class service value proposition in a productive and sustainable manner.

What does the role involve?
- Strategic Project Deployment : Implement projects across Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaboration : Work with regional and global AMS teams, tool service centers, and various departments like sales, marketing, logistics, and more.
- Leadership : Lead strategic initiatives from start to finish, driving significant behavioral, operational, and financial changes.
- Market Understanding : Monitor competitors and customer needs to propose relevant projects and services.
- Stakeholder Interaction : Maintain strong connections with global stakeholders for effective project implementation.
- Change Agent : Act as a subject matter expert and support the team in improving operational excellence and customer-oriented initiatives.

What you need is:
- Degree in engineering, marketing, operations, or related fields; a master's degree in project management or marketing is a plus.
- At least 5 years in marketing or operational excellence in MNCs or large conglomerates, with LEAN and/or project management experience.
- Proficiency in English and one North Asia language (e.g., Chinese, Cantonese, Japanese, or Korean).
- Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, cross-team collaboration, leadership potential, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong in cross team collaboration and be able to influence people at different levels at country level and to regional and global teams and with leadership potentials.
- Someone with strong continuous improvement mind-set to challenge status quo and with customer experience at top of mind.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and cope with stress.
- Willingness to develop a long-term career with the company and open to relocation for future career advancement.
