What's the role?
As an Intern in the Corporate Treasury Team located in Schaan, Liechtenstein, you will actively contribute to global projects but also to day-to-day operations with focus on Cash Management & Systems & Processes. You will get hands-on experience and play an integral part in a wide range of the team’s daily activities, such as reporting, intercompany financing & cash management. Additionally, you will contribute to the implementation of Hilti’s new Treasury Management System and provide support to internal customers for treasury services. Your role will help make a meaningful impact for the various stakeholders in Treasury and Finance.
The start date is March or April 2025 for a duration of 9-12 months.

What does the role involve?
You will get insights on the operations of a global Treasury by working with the team on a wide range of classical Treasury topics, such as Cash Management and Forecasting, Reporting and Systems. In this role, you will get hands-on experience on a global Treasury’s daily operations and drive the digitalization of our processes & data management. You will be the bridge on ensuring data quality globally by working with numerous internal and external stakeholders. This includes independent alignments with colleagues within the organization, structuring and processing contents as well as bringing forth and implementing improvement processes.
You will also be involved in controlling and administrative works for all our systems used in Treasury, as well as other special topics in the area of treasury, depending on current business priorities and your specific profile and aspirations.
Your manager and team will eagerly support your professional success and personal development with individual coaching and training sessions.

What you need is:
- Enrolled in a master’s program (Finance, Accounting or Economics) for the whole internship duration
- Previous working experience in Treasury or Finance is an advantage, but not required
- Strong analytical skills with discipline and attentiveness to details
- Proactive and confident in taking responsibility in your own area of competence
- Strong communication and logical thinking skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
