What does the role involve?

In this role, you will be responsible for the industrialization and continuous improvement of the mechanical anchor production process. You will lead the manufacturing project team when we bring new product lines from the initial idea to implementation. This includes developing production concepts, evaluating prototypes and ensuring seamless execution in the value stream. Working with multi-disciplinary teams, you will leverage our network of different plant functions while working closely with product development to improve related products. You will be responsible for defining the technical roadmap for the value stream and improving existing state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies, such as forming, stamping and highly automated assembly processes. This includes the responsibility for yearly cost-savings, which you will realize together with the plant management team. Your expertise will ensure excellence and innovation throughout the product lifecycle.

What you need is:

  • University degree (M.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering or comparable discipline
  • Experience in technical project management and/or product development and/or lean management
  • Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams towards a common goal
  • Hands-on mentality, a passion for innovation and an analytical mindset
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Readiness to travel about 10%
