What's the role?
Are you interested to learn about leading a global manufacturing organization? We have an open position for an intern in the Global Manufacturing team in Schaan (Liechtenstein). Help us to set the strategy for our manufacturing network worldwide, implement it together with the plants and push overarching topics like innovation management and manufacturing technology strategy. We offer you to do an internship for 3-6 months. In doing so, you will make an important step forward to develop your personal career.
Start date is flexible to the student's availability, duration for at least 3 months (preferably 6 months)

What does the role involve?
In the Global Manufacturing team, you will work on further developing and implementing the innovation management process for the global manufacturing organization. Driving the implementation of strategic initiatives, you will contribute to improve our processes, our global manufacturing footprint and network. With your communicational and organizational skills, you will help us to coordinate these activities globally and you will work closely with international leaders and experts on a daily base. Your strategic thinking and your ability to create new concepts and ideas will help us to develop our strategic initiatives further. Additionally, you will be a part of technology project teams supporting on finding suitable solutions for challenges that our production technologies are currently facing.

What you need is:
- Bachelor's degree and currently studying in a master’s program with an economic or technical background
- You are self-motivated, responsible and strive to achieve something great
- Enthusiasm to learn and high commitment
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (German is a bonus)
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
