Regional Segment Manager Onshore - Oil & Gas Experience

The Regional Segment Manager Onshore - Oil & Gas is responsible for the planning, implementation and execution of our sales strategy for the segment of onshore across Latin America. Should be comfortable with collecting data, identifying opportunities and proposing business cases to win market share on those segments.

What does the role involve?

The purpose of the role is to drive the Segment in the region and develop and execute Regional Segment Strategy in collaboration with the Global Segment Manager. The role involves supporting the sales team in driving customer development, defining standards, and bringing in sales.

What you need is:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering and a Master's degree or MBA are required
  • Fluent spanish and english are required. Portuguese is a plus
  • Previous experience on sales related roles as an individual contributor and also leading teams of field-based, solutions-oriented sales professionals in onshore, oil & gas and refineries sectors/companies in a multinational environment
  • Experience in matrix organizations or regional roles is a plus
  • Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop engaged customer relationships and effectively implement strategic concepts
  • Must be persuasive, sales driven, customer focused, and a team player
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite, and smartphones. Salesforce is a plus
  • Career advancement may require domestic and/or global mobility
