What's the role?
You'll be part of the Regional Legal and Compliance team and you will be based in Istanbul. You get to touch on different areas of business law with a focus on commercial and corporate topics.
Start date is as soon as possible, duration for 6 months and may be renewed up to 1 year.

What does the role involve?
- As intern in our department, you’ll be part of the Regional Legal and Compliance team You’ll work closely with the legal team and with different stakeholders in the business units in order to develop a better business and legal understanding.
- You will be involved in legal research, contracts review (NDA, Sales, Procurement etc.), company’s housekeeping (AGMs, resolutions etc.), internal projects, compliance topics, and generally support the legal team and act as interface between legal and the different functions and proactively escalate issues to the Regional Legal Team if needed.

What you need is:
- Fresh Graduate with a Law Degree, master's degree is a plus
- Experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel is a plus
- Adopt a structured and lean working approach to get things done and support on legal matters timely and efficiently.
- Highly sensitive to legal topics and a keen interest to develop deeper knowledge about various legal topics relating to the Hilti group.
- Ensure compliance, exhibit an understanding and knowledge for legal and compliance processes and policies.
- Is self-aware and acts on feedback, rapidly transfer new knowledge into action.
- Team worker and committed to taking over individual tasks and responsibility.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energy, courage and sharp thinking.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
