Hilti Store Representative

As a Hilti Store Representative you will work with the wider retail sales team in managing the day-to-day operations of the store as well as provide a superior level of service to our customers through product demonstrations and service consultations. This is not an ordinary retail sales job, we focus on building and maintaining lasting relationships with our customers in understanding their business needs and how our solutions can add value. This is why we stand out as a market leader!

You will also be responsible for carrying out some general duties (like receiving freight & packing) to ensure that we are delivering on our world class customer service experience in a timely and organised manner.

This role is also a great landing point to develop your sales and account management skills, with opportunities for progression within a multinational organisation.

What You'll do

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store
• Initiate customer contact, build and maintain lasting relationships with our customers
• Overall customer touchpoints, including sales, repairs and inputted sales
• Achieve retail sales targets and profitable growth
• Maintain of customer database
• Maintain Operational Excellence - Inventory controls and processes, data entry quality, store utilities upkeep
