Project Execution Manager

Own the execution of complex projects, from engineering to delivery

The Project Execution Manager (PEM) is the main counterpart for the Construction Project Manager (CPM) to plan, manage and coordinate and own all required execution tasks in the Project Management Office (PMO) from Engineering, Bid & Proposal and Contracting (non-commercial part), and Fulfillment (Prefab, MM and Specials) for large projects. The PEM understands the connection between Engineering solutions and Fulfillment implications, triggers necessary discussions internally and with customer (in sync with CPM) to ensure high-quality customer experience.

  • Drive and communicate project performance (Project Health Checks), track execution progress, setup & lead frequent execution status review meetings with internal stakeholders and customers, providing progress updates, ensure timely resolution of risks, issues, and constraints
  • Ensure effective resource (Engineering, Modeling, Fulfillment, and Prefabrication) planning, workload balancing, and execution readiness across teams to meet project commitments
  • Manage changes during execution, track and evaluate impact of changes on schedule and costs (engineering, modelling and material), communicate impact of changes to internal stakeholders and customers with clear & detailed documentation (change log) to support invoicing customers
  • Propose supply chain concepts and solutions, factoring in material forecasting, production schedules, transportation lead times, prefabrication capacity, etc; ensure execution of overall inbound and outbound logistics is managed by the Fulfillment Manager and completed as per delivery schedule agreed with customer
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned to enhance project delivery performance
  • Lead project closure, documentation archiving, customer handover, and lessons learned reviews.
