The role leads credit risk management, collections, finance operations, and governance to protect financial assets, optimize working capital, and ensure an effective control environment. As a strategic finance leader, the position drives process transformation while partnering with business and regional stakeholders to improve productivity, decision-making, and business performance.

What You'll do

Credit Risk Management & Collections

• Lead the company's credit risk management framework to safeguard receivables and support sustainable business growth.
• Oversee customer credit assessments, credit limits, payment terms, and risk exposure, including customer negotiations and risk mitigation actions.
• Drive collection performance, monitor receivables and bad debt exposure, and implement corrective actions to minimize financial risk.

• Lead finance operations, ensuring efficient, scalable, and well-controlled processes.
• Oversee finance policies, governance frameworks, internal controls, audits.
• Drive net working capital, cash flow performance, and operational excellence through cross-functional process simplification, standardization, and automation.

• Lead and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, customer focus, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Transform and elevate operations through process optimization, automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Serve as a strategic business partner, leveraging data, technology, and business insights to drive global, regional, and local initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

• 8+ years of finance leadership experience across finance operations, credit & collections, risk management, or audit.
• Proven track record in credit risk management, working capital optimization, governance, and operational excellence.
• Experience leading transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives.

• Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
• Commercial acumen with a balanced approach to growth and risk.
• Strong knowledge of finance operations, governance, controls, and risk management.
• Proven ability to drive transformation, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Digital mindset with a keen interest in analytics, AI, and emerging technologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
