Bring Engineering to Life Through 3D Innovation
Take ownership of how complex engineering solutions come to life. As a Lead Modeler, you will drive the creation of high-quality 3D models, drawings, and technical visualizations, working closely with engineers and clients. This role combines technical expertise with coordination and client interaction to ensure accurate, efficient, and impactful project delivery.
What You'll do
Lead the development of 3D models, technical drawings, and digital mock-ups throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate modelers and drafters, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery of outputs.
Collaborate closely with engineers and project teams to translate technical calculations into accurate visual models.
Engage with clients to review models, align expectations, and refine solutions.
Manage project priorities and resources within the modeling scope, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
What You’ll Bring
Degree or technical background in engineering, design, or a related field.
Strong experience in 3D modeling, drafting, and digital visualization tools.
Proven ability to coordinate teams of modelers/drafters and manage project deliverables.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with engineers and clients.
Attention to detail and a solid understanding of construction or engineering processes.
