HR Business Partner

What's the role?

The purpose of the role is to partner with line management to provide general Human Resources (HR) related consultation, support, service, and guidance to Hilti employees and management groups. Key areas of responsibility include line management support/coaching, employee development, strategic recruiting, legal compliance, people development/succession planning and organizational development in support of Hilti’s business objectives, strategic initiatives and organizational priorities. The role involves managing and implementing local HR projects as well as assisting in Global HR initiatives. Advise on HR policy and assists with implementation of HR procedures & processes. Role spans more than one functional specialization within HR.

What does the role involve?

  1. Manage end-to-end people process from onboarding to offboarding
  2. Implement the MOMENT approach - performance management, development and people review
  3. Facilitate MOMENT learning sessions
  4. Manage performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions
  5. Develop and execute talent management and succession planning for the assigned Business areas/functions.
  6. Manage rewards and recognition education sessions and processes for the assigned business areas
  7. Develop and execute hiring plan for the MO

What you need is:

  1. 7-10 years of HRBP experience (operation and strategic)
  2. TA experience (developing hiring plan to execution)
  3. International experience (volunteering work, overseas assignment or studies)
  4. High learning agility, connect with people
  5. Experience in working in complex environment, matrix and multinational organizations
