Design solutions that make construction better
As a Design Engineer, you help turn engineering challenges into practical construction solutions. As part of our Baltics Engineering team, you combine technical expertise, collaboration, and digital tools to contribute to projects across the Baltics.
What You'll do
- Work on a variety of engineering projects across the Baltics as part of the Baltics Engineering team
- Prepare engineering drawings and develop technical solutions using Hilti software
- Provide engineering expertise and technical support to sales colleagues, customers, and design offices
- Prepare technical documentation, including specifications and certifications for customers
- Manage your area of responsibility independently, ensuring high standards of quality and effective project delivery
- Visit key construction sites and customers when required, representing up to 5% of the role
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering
- Fluent Lithuanian and good command of English
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD or other CAD software, with confidence in preparing and reviewing technical drawings
- Basic understanding of structural analysis and the ability to interpret and explain technical results
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical solutions clearly to different stakeholders
- Structured working style, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with colleagues across the Baltics
