If so, we are looking for an experienced technology project manager(s) with strong leadership capabilities to drive global transformation programs and strategic initiatives across Hilti's global organization, shaping key decisions and influencing business outcomes at an enterprise level.
In this role, you will lead all aspects of project delivery, including planning, governance, financial management, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, communication, and vendor management. You will partner closely with Product Owners, Engineers, Application Owners, IT Security Architects, Enterprise Architects, and global business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives that support Hilti's strategic priorities.
What You'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering global strategic projects and transformation initiatives across enterprise business and technology functions.
You will:
- Lead global strategic projects and transformation programs from initiation to successful delivery and value realization.
- Drive project governance, planning, financials, risk management, reporting, and vendor coordination.
- Partner with global stakeholders to align businessobjectivesand project outcomes.
- Resolve project challenges proactively and champion continuous improvement.
- Deliver executive communications and project updates to global senior leadership.
- Influence change, build strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure successful adoption.
- Mentor project teams and provide leadership in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
What You’ll Bring
'- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or a related field. Master's Degree is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience with a minimum of 3 years leading projects, programs, transformation initiatives, or strategic business activities.
- Proven experience managing complex stakeholder environments and influencing across organizational boundaries.
- Excellent planning, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within global cross-functional teams.
- High energy level, growth mindset, and strong business acumen.
