HR Specialist (Part-Time, 3 days per week, 1 year contract)

Drive the HR operations that enable great employee experiences and business success.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant (part time) to provide administrative and operational support to the North Asia Hub HR team. The role will support day-to-day HR operations, mobility administration, and learning administration coordination, enabling the team to focus on strategic projects and transformation initiatives.

What You'll do

1. HR Operations Administration

  • Prepare HR documentation, letters, templates, and employee communications.
  • Coordinate employee lifecycle activities including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Support data quality initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and HR operational metrics.
  • Support HR transformation and process migration activities as required.

2. Mobility Administration
  • Coordinate mobility-related documentation and employee communications.
  • Liaise with external vendors and internal stakeholders on relocation, immigration, tax, and mobility support activities.

3. Learning & Development Administration
  • Coordinate training logistics, including invitations, registrations, attendance tracking, venue and meeting room bookings.
  • Support virtual and physical classroom learning sessions.
  • Manage training calendars, learning communications, with Training Management System (TMS)
  • Maintain learning records, training survey, information related to learning impact report and learning completion reports.
  • Coordinate learning materials and support learning program implementation

4. General Project & Team Support
  • Provide administrative support for cross-functional HR initiatives

What You’ll Bring

  • 2-4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Mobility Administration, Learning Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience supporting regional organizations is preferred.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable handling confidential employee information.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Fluent English required.
