We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Controller join our successful team at Hilti’s Thailand head office. You will be responsible for providing a fact-based analysis and recommendation to drive an outstanding business result, preparing a financial and management report, driving finance initiatives, running rolling forecast and business partnering to support informed and value-added decision making.
What You'll do
Analyze business results, actively communicate to management on the challenges with fact-based analysis, and propose actions.
- Develop and drive a wide range of financial analysis focusing on business trends and evaluation of performance, projections and reports.
- Collaborate with different functions to understand the business model and its financial impacts, to support the management in decision making.
- Compose rolling forecast together with the rest of the controller team. Consolidate and align with business partners and communicate results to management and the regional team.
- Assist in Perfect Year start process to restate Financial Managerial Report of the comparison period to be in comparable structure with current year.
- Take lead in implementation of regional and local finance initiatives and the measurement on the impact of the initiatives.
- Actively collaborate cross-functionally across departments and also in the controller community.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum degree qualification in Accounting
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Financial analysis, Business Controller
- Be analytical and conceptually savvy and enjoy working with a big volume of data
- Good Excel, Power point, and Word skills.
- Good interpersonal skill
- Good command of English both written and communication
- Able to work in multicultural environment
