What You'll do
As Legal & Compliance Specialist you will be a part of a team that is making sure that all aspects of organization are functioning in line with legal regulations and best practices, and you will contribute on its mission to become one of the leading employers in the world.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to think in a strategic and creative way and to be in a position to contribute on different projects and continually adopt new knowledge. Your ability to manage and add value in different processes simultaneously with this role would be challenged and this experience will strengthen your professional, as well as personal skills.
You will have the possibility to showcase your people skills, strategic approach, attention to detail, and data gathering and interpretation capabilities in contacts with top management.
Your main tasks will be:
- Draft, negotiate and adapt under local law a wide variety of commercial agreements, including content licenses and strategic partnership agreements.
- Advise and support management teams, Enterprise, Business Development, Sales, and other business clients on legal matters.
- Respond promptly and reliably to internal and external requests for advice, specifically with regards to contracts, commercial negotiation, regulations, IP, advertising and B2B protection under local and European law.
- Support members of the regional/global legal team and business colleagues on specific issues upon request.
- Assist in pre-litigation and litigation matters.
- Maintain adequate and up-to-date procedures and records in relation to the Global Legal& Compliance Team activities.
- Compliance investigations
- Liaise with external legal advisors and act as point of contact for them.
- Manage commercial claims.
- Preparation and/or review of the information and statements to be sent to subscribers.
- Represents a point of contact for HQ and the Regional Legal & Compliance Team in order to locally implement all corporate guidelines with regards to commercial contracts, international contracts, contract policies and guidelines, etc.
- Support and advise on HSE matters, being a point of contact on HSE topics for management teams, HSE Regional/Global team, Enterprise, Business Development, Sales, and other business clients on legal matters.

- Law Degree, Specialized in Civil/Commercial Law
- Admission to the bar
- Excellent knowledge of Bulgarian and European regulation
- 0-3+ years of professional experience in similar role
- Proficiency in English (C1) and Bulgarian (Romanian language skills are a plus)
- Professional approach, accompanied by strong interpersonal skills, good organizational abilities and time management skills.
- Continuously improving processes and following the policy changes
- Attention to detail and self-motivation
- Good knowledge on Microsoft Suite
