Large Project Fulfillment Manager (F/H) - CDD

The purpose of the role is to manage all logistics and materials coordination related tasks for local large projects.

End-to-End coordination of all relevant backend processes inside Large projects.
Single point of contact for sales, engineering, and customer (if required)

Anticipate the preparation of the project and coordination of the execution phase

Participate on the implementation of the global new process in the MO, or other initiatives in the region, and improvement process inside the MO.

What You'll do

Project Preparation

  • Define and align supply concept per project, considering the input of the different logistic teams: WM, TM, MM.
  • Perform frequent screening of new projects across the country
  • Participate in capture team meeting for big projects
  • Contribution to large order directive process – LOD (provide logistics input)
  • Gather specific logistics requirements via logistics project business checklist (e.g., labelling, packaging, # deliveries, unloading, timing, special documentation, etc.)
  • Support bidding and proposal phase for large projects (logistic concern).
Project execution
  • Project coordination between Onsite Project Manager/E&I/Sales and Logistics functions (back-office project coordination for logistics/ fulfillment activities). Coordinate execution of agreed logistics & supply concept, manage inbound and outbound logistics and coordinate items manufacturing and supply.
  • Act as Contact for internal or external customers for operational details (e.g., delivery planning, jobsite logistics, …) and internal interface for WM, TM, Prefab, Specials,…
  • Visit project sites together with sales (if required but recommended).
  • Collect bill of materials for large projects, identify bottleneck materials and support activities towards their availability
  • Provide forecast to PB Material Management (PB MM) to ensure availability and agrees alternative for Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Manage changes along large projects (Design, BOM, delivery time, etc.)
  • Check internal capacities and pro-actively proposes alternatives (resources, storage, transport, PREFAB)
  • Ensure correct order entry, manage changes, CCN’s and escalation if need it
  • Overall accountability for the last mile delivery
Others
  • Implementation of new process and initiatives from Global/Region in the MO like the Task Resources Management Tool, SFM PB, or Stock Reservation
  • Improve the process in projects: Lean process in PB..
  • On the lead for cross-regional and complex projects with support by the Pan-European organization in case of.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or comparable education
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in logistics and/or project business, ideally from construction industry
  • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects with competing requirements
  • Strong analytical skills, and experienced in creating logistics and supply concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with customers and with internal stakeholders from different levels
  • Used to work in cross-functional environments (e.g. sales, engineering, materials management)
  • Fluent in English and local corresponding language
  • Strong interest in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (SAP)
