Implementation and Service Specialist - London

In your role as a Implementation & Service Specialist you will drive technical engagement through customer-oriented support, to fulfil the promise of productivity that our Fleet Management and ON!Track solutions promise.

You will be a lead on-site, delivering implementations of Fleet Management, ON!Track, or both, including conducting kick-off meetings to define tailored implementation set-up, deliver high quality training on-site and executing standardised on-site care services.

You will play a key part in spearheading customer engagement, delivering effective training and continuing care past implementation throughout this process you will create and gather leads for business development targeting up & cross-selling where appropriate during implementations or post-implementation care activities.

What does the role involve?

As a Implementation & Service Specialist no two days will be exact but you will be out on-site in the thick of the action, working with the customers, and typically you will be focused on the following areas;

Implementation Lead - You will be a responsible Lead working on-site delivering implementations of Fleet Management and ON!Track solutions or both, and being a subject matter expert leading and guiding the customer engagement throughout the process, being reactive and managing queries.

Kick Off & Training delivery – You will conduct kick-off meetings for implementation projects and define a tailored implementation set-up process. You will deliver high quality training on site to our customers and stakeholders for implementations and deliver post-implementation care activities

Engagement Activities – Ensure customer readiness and satisfaction for implementations, Drive impactful user enablement.

Business Development – Proactively create and gather meaningful leads for targeted up and cross-selling identified during implementations or post-implementation care activities and follow this though with the team.

What you need is:

To be successful as an Implementation & Service Specialist you will need;

Essential:

  • Confidence and ability to provide training to customers and listen and attune to the needs to fulfil our promises.
  • Responsive to customer needs, being able to quickly identify and follow up on customer knowledge gaps and training needs accordingly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical details in simple terms and engage with customers
  • Values – We strongly believe in acting with integrity and this is an imperative value to be able to succeed.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile and contribute to outstanding customer experiences
  • Courage to challenge status quo and try and implement new ideas
  • Strong team player who can coordinate excellently with relevant stakeholders
  • Strong interest in Fleet Management and ON!Track
  • Ability to define, prioritize and if necessary, delegate targeted activities
  • Living in or willing to relocate to Greater London (The City of London and the 32 London boroughs)
  • Possesses a full, clean, manual UK driving license to visit our customers on site 5 days a week, Monday to Friday
