What's the role?
As a Project Execution Manager, the role will be pivotal in the execution and coordination of the ongoing construction projects of our customers and ensuring the successful completion of the scope secured by us with high customer satisfaction level. The successful candidate will work hand in hand with the commercial lead for the project and lead the coordination of all execution tasks from Engineering, Bid & Proposal, Contracting and Fulfillment for the projects.

What does the role involve?
- Structuring complex customer requirements into manageable work packages, creating and maintaining the project plan.
- Overseeing all aspects of the project execution, from planning and resource budgeting to execution and completion.
- Managing project timelines, engineering resources and budgets to achieve set objectives.
- Monitoring progress, tracking milestones and addressing issues or delays proactively.
- Coordinating with customers, commercial lead, engineering team, logistics team, quality and external 3rd party vendors/suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate project documentation, including project submittals, reports, schedules and change orders.
- Managing project execution team to bring successful project execution and create superior customer experience from large project customers

What you need is:
- Bachelor’s degree or above (preferred in Engineering or Construction)
- Demonstrable experience in Energy industry (Preferred in Onshore/Offshore EPC company with procurement, purchasing or operational/logistics process management area)
- Experience and proven track record in project management
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Strong analytical, excellent communication, Problem solving skills and proactive collaboration with cross functional team and business partners
- Experience using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
- Experience with SAP system
- Experience with project management software
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Project Management Institution (PMI), Prince II or equivalent certification, preferred
