What does the role involve?

As intern in our department you’ll be part of the project on development of innovative fastening elements.

You’ll work closely with our experts to develop suitable simulation models to be able to simulate the cold forming process of fastening elements and to use them for parameter study with the aim of optimizing the design of fastening elements as well as the required
cold forming tools.

Your key responsibilities will be to give simulation support on development of innovative fastening elements, which includes the simulation model development, the parameter study, and to give suggestions on innovative cold forming tool design.
