What does the role involve?
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead and develop IT support teams (1st and 2nd level) across the E5 region, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with global standards
Operational Excellence:
Manage IT budgets, oversee local contracts and external providers, and monitor adherence to service-level agreements
Project Coordination:
Implement global IT projects locally, manage change requests, and collaborate with global IT teams
Strategic Alignment:
Identify regional IT needs, drive process improvements, and ensure alignment with global strategies

What you need is?
Experience :
- Minimum 2–3 years in a globally oriented IT team.
- Proven track record of leading IT support teams for at least 2–3 years
Education :
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or higher in IT, Engineering, or a related field
Skills :
- Strong knowledge of IT client infrastructure environments and outsourcing services
- Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
- Analytical and structured problem-solving abilities
- Innovative mindset, entrepreneurial thinking, and high learning agility
- Flexibility to travel occasionally as needed
