This full-time position is available as soon as possible. No travel is required for this position.

What You'll do

  • Coordinate meetings and training: organize sessions, agendas, materials and invitations, and capture decisions, actions, attendance and completion.
  • Manage data and reporting: maintain accurate and timely information across Legal & Compliance tools, and turn data into clear dashboards, reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Improve how we work: document workflows and identify practical improvements, supporting consistent global standards, templates and tools.
  • Enable collaboration and team operations: work with colleagues across regions and functions, providing clear updates and reliable follow-through, while keeping shared files, calendars, contact lists and project records organized.

What You’ll Bring

Here’s what will help you succeed in this role:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, law, information management or a related field, or a comparable educational background.
  • Some practical experience, for example through internships or an early-career role in project coordination, Legal or Compliance Operations, business support or a similar area.
  • Confidence using Microsoft 365 tools and an interest in further developing your skills in AI, reporting, digitalization and process automation.
  • A good numerical understanding and confidence working with structured data, key performance indicators and reports.
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English, together with a structured, collaborative and proactive approach; additional languages are welcome.
