Marketing Data Analyst
We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Business Intelligence solutions and contribute to data-driven decision making within defined business areas and marketing initiatives. What You'll do
As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of performance measurement frameworks that support data-driven decision making and help assess the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives. As a data-driven business partner and analytical problem solver, you will analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights for relevant stakeholders to support informed decision-making. Central to this role will be leveraging and transforming data to create, enhance, and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and business intelligence products that support evolving business requirements and business objectives. In addition, you will support adoption of business intelligence solutions through data modelling, dashboard development, user training, and documentation for end users.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years' experience in a BI/performance or business analysis role (e.g. Marketing, Logistics, Finance (Preferred marketing data experience)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, to provide insights and to develop impactful recommendations, ability to see the big picture
- Strong understanding of B2B business environment, needs and conditions and proven knowledge of digital marketing
- Secure knowledge on visualization platforms that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics via dashboards. (e.g. Power BI preferred, Tableau, SAC)
- Proven experience in assembling large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.
- Experience with SQL to achieve optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources.
