WHAT'S THE ROLE
Hilti Korea is looking for a commercially minded and digitally skilled Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to drive the performance of our digital channels and strengthen the online customer journey. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our e-commerce platform, executing digital marketing initiatives, and leveraging digital communication to support customer activation and retention and you will drive strategic engagement marketing communication topics at Hilti together with various internal stakeholders and in close cooperation with A1(Asia Region) team.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
Engagement Marketing
- Develop and execute data-driven, targeted engagement marketing flows in collaboration with the A1 region, sales, product marketing, and trade marketing teams.
- Drive customer engagement by leading selected campaigns from end to end, ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience and high-impact communication.
- Act as the business owner of digital lead generation — define, track, and optimize digital lead pipelines and support sales conversion through close alignment with the sales team.
- Create strong connections with front-line teams to ensure swift response and alignment on leads and customer behavior insights.
- Utilize platforms such as Power BI and SFDC to monitor campaign performance and extract actionable insights for continuous optimization.
- Own and continuously enhance Hilti.co.kr ( https://www.hilti.co.kr/ ) and Naver Brand Store( https://brand.naver.com/hilti ),
platforms, ensuring high-performance UX, relevant content, and streamlined customer journeys. - Drive performance marketing activities and digital campaigns tailored for the Korean market, measuring and optimizing campaign ROI across platforms.
- Manage end-to-end operation of the Naver marketplace in collaboration with marketing, sales, and external agency partners to achieve top-tier business outcomes.
- Promote customer adoption of Hilti Online’s self-service features through targeted education, proactive communication, and user journey refinement.
- Ensure ongoing platform maintenance and improvements to maximize digital usability and conversion.
- Analyze KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, engagement, and online sales to identify growth levers and channel performance gaps.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to align digital initiatives with broader business goals and sales performance targets.
- Proactively manage and influence internal stakeholders to overcome barriers and accelerate marketing impact.
- Act as a digital advocate by driving internal understanding of platform usage, campaign effectiveness, and customer journey design.
- Maintain a hands-on approach to project execution, with a strategic lens for business growth, operational excellence, and innovation.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:
- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or performance marketing, with a proven record of successful campaign execution and platform optimization.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and CMS platforms.
- Fluent in English and Korean, with excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of turning data into action and insight into performance improvement.
- Experience working in matrixed organizations with the ability to influence across teams and functions.
- A strategic thinker with business acumen and the ability to roll up sleeves to execute with excellence.
- Customer-first approach, strong problem-solving skills, and genuine passion for digital innovation.
