What's the role?

Quality Academy serves as our Hilti internal training organization, dedicated to fostering the growth of our team members inboth their professional and personal development. Accordingly, we offer training sessions encompassing a wide range oftopics, including functional competencies and essential soft skills.

In this role, you will contribute to Quality Academy by helping to formulate innovative training concepts, coordinating anddelivering training sessions, facilitating workshops, and managing events.

Start date is flexible to the student's availability, duration for at least 6 months (preferably 12 months)

What does the role involve?

As an intern, you will be a part of the Hilti Quality Management Team. You will closely collaborate with experts to further enhance and ensure knowledge management by creating training concepts, organizing and conducting training courses, as well as assisting in the organization of Quality Academy events, facilitating workshops, and updating and maintaining internal communication platforms such as the website and MS Office 365.

Throughout your internship, you will be accountable for event management and the execution of Quality Management events. This role encourages self-initiative, innovative thinking, and continuous knowledge development, while also requiring dynamism and flexibility.

What you need is:

  • Enrollment in a bachelor's program in business studies during the internship.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English at a high level, including business English for managerial communication.
  • Demonstrated creativity and commitment to enhancing workshops and content management.
  • Strong organizational abilities and a structured approach to work.
  • Proven ability to innovate and work dynamically while effectively adapting to evolving situations.
  • Open to using various platforms for designing and creating content and media.
