What's the role?
Our management associate program is a 24 months development program. You will participate in multiple workshops and assignments as an individual contributor in Quality, Production, Technical Service, Lean Manufacturing and BU functions.

What does the role involve?
- Complete rotational assignments in in Quality, Production, Technical Service, Lean Manufacturing and BU functions.
- Analyze and improve production processes using Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Implement value stream mapping and continuous improvement planning.
- Lead and support cross-functional teams in implementing Industry 4.0 initiatives
- Participate in new product development projects for power tools to ensure the readiness of production line and the pilot production.

What you need is:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an engineering discipline, with a preference for those specializing in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology, Material science, and Aerospace Engineering.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Open-mind attitude, energetic and dynamitic.
- Available for international mobility.
- Team player with excellent communication skills, social and intercultural competences.
