WHAT'S THE ROLE?
The role of Fleet Management (FM) Local Process Expert (LPE) is to own and manage overall FM processes including testing, implementation, documentation. The role requires proactive behavior to recognize process enhancement opportunities and leadership to lead internal stakeholders (Sales, CCS, Finance, Tool Service Center (TSC), etc.) in correct processes.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
The purpose of the role is to provide specialized services in the areas of Market Intelligence, Market Reach, Pricing, Territory Planning, and/or Analytics.
Scope: Intermediate role - works on problems of moderate scope, exercises judgment within established practices & procedures to determine appropriate action, typically 2+ years of experience

WHAT YOU NEED IS:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Industrial Engineering Degree is advantageous)
- Minimum 3 years of professional experiences (3-5 years) in operational process management (e.g. process creation/optimization), (experience in construction industry is advantageous)
- Proficiency in English to have verbal and written communication with regional FM team
- Strong communication skills to drive diverse stakeholders in different departments
- High level of knowledge and experience with SAP system
- Excellent in MS office application
- Analytical ability with good conceptual understanding to see the big picture and good attention to details
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
