What's the role?
The purpose of the role is to implement end-to-end repair service process based on global standards. The role involves leveraging on the global process community to generate new ideas, exporting and importing the best process practices and ensuring efficient end-to-end process flow.

What does the role involve?
If you take the challenge some of your responsibilities will involve
- Responsible the implementation of the end-to-end repair service process within the service area based on global standards.
- Being involved with the operational areas of the AMS process, with strong communication and close relationship with the AMS Leaders on the markets
- Responsible for the regional/local process documentations, maintain and store on GPMS, ensure min. global compliance and enhance with local legal regulations if required
- Being responsible for regional Lean Management and to define the change management agenda bant with the responsible team leader
- Proactively interact with the regional stakeholders such as Service Marketing, channel management, Process experts, logistics, IT
- Establish strong collaboration within the Service Area leadership & RTP team to build a community of high performing team.

What you need is:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering,
- Highly appreciate Agile methodologies knowledge
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (Portuguese proficiency is a plus).
- 3-5 years of experience in similar roles related to process, quality or repair operations
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis
